Arioso Apartment Homes

Completed in 1998, Arioso is located in the heart of the Silicon Valley. Created to take strategic advantage of the exploding employment in technology, Arioso meets the demands of a discerning resident profile. Cupertino is home to the dramatic new world headquarters for Apple. The Norman Foster – designed new world headquarters is directly across the street from Arioso. The Cupertino Unified School District enjoys one of the best academic rankings in the entire Bay Area. Arioso’s approvals were obtained in a very difficult political environment. The development was approved concurrently with a neighboring, class A hotel, seven luxury single family homes and a new, ethnic, regional shopping center. The existing neighborhood provided authorship for a new park, luxury single family housing, a new Hilton Garden Inn, area trail path and significant landscaping buffers. Arioso consists of seven, dramatic three story buildings sitting atop two large podium structures. The landscaped courtyards and vibrant hardscape create a peaceful respite in a busy location. Upon its construction completion, Arioso was sold in 1999 to a private investor for a then, record sales price for the entire Bay Area.
