BayRock endured a contentious, two year entitlement effort seeking a Density Bonus Approval for 46 townhome units. 20% of the proposed homes were slated for Affordable Housing.  An unsolicited Buyer made a very competitive offer to purchase the existing 32 units occupying the Property. BayRock and its institutional partner sold the Property in 3Q 2016 for a profit.
